Estate of Thomas Fraser, late of New Glasgow, Machinist, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, Amen.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Thomas Fraser of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Province of Nova Scotia, Machinist.

First, I revoke all wills and Codicils by me heretofore made.

Secondly, I will devise and bequeath to Minetta L. Ross who is at present living with me, my house and lot in which I now ,live Situate at New Glasgow aforesaid at the corner of Hunter and Provost Street together with all the household furniture, beds and bedding belonging to me.

Thirdly, I will and bequeath to the said Minetta L. Ross five hundred dollars to be paid out of the insurance I have on my life free from any charge or commission.

Fourthly, I will and bequeath the sum of Fifty dollars to be paid to the said Minetta L. Ross annually for the period of ten years if she so long lives.

Fifthly, I give devise and bequeath to my brothers John Fraser and Alexander Fraser in equal shares, my share or interest in the business now carried on under the firm names of Fraser Brothers, together with all my interest in the plant, and estate, connected with the said business or not otherwise disposed of , subject however to the legacy of fifty dollars per annum for ten years mentioned in paragraph Four of this my last Will and Testament, to be paid the said Minetta L. Ross.

Sixthly, All the rest and residue of my estate after paying all my just debts I give devise and bequeath to my brothers in equal shares.

Seventhly, I hereby nominate and appoint my Brothers John Fraser and Alexander Fraser executors of this my  last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof  I the said Thomas Fraser have to this my last Will and Testament Subscribed my name this 21st. day of December A.D. 1891.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page and quarter of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Thomas Fraser late of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Machinist, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 28th day of February A.D. 1896.
