Estate of Thomas Fraser, late of Fraser's Mountain, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
In the name of God, Amen.
This is the last Will and Testament of Thomas Fraser of Quarry Hill Fraser's Mountain farmer
1. I give devise and bequeath to my son Hugh Simon all my real and personal property of every kind and description Subject to the conditions following
2. I give to Ellen Fraser my housekeeper fifteen acres of land to be by her hold during her life time, then to be the property of my said son Hugh Simon, the said land to be set off between the Eastern extension railway and he Rear of my land on the western line of my said land. If the said fifteen acres should include my house then my son Hugh Simon shall it equally with the said Ellen Fraser, if not then she shall have a right to the use of my said house equally with my said son Hugh Simon, I also bequeath to the said Ellen Fraser one Cow and three sheep to be given and paid her by my said son Hugh Simon.
3. If my daughter Ellen Ann shall live at home, she is to have a Cow and three sheep and her clothing , should she not recover from her present illness - she is nevertheless to be provided with clothing as heretofore by my said son Hugh Simon.
4. My said son Hugh Simon shall provide for his mother during her lifetime in all respects as she has been heretofore been provided for by me.
5. I give and devise to my three sons John James, David Robert, and William Roderick the sum of twenty dollars each.
I nominate and appoint James W. Fraser, Basin, and Thomas Cantley of New Glasgow Sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand and Seal this 26th. day of September A.D. 1889.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one and a half pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Thomas Fraser late of Fraser's Mountain in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 11th day of June A.D. 1892.
