N.S. March 18th 1909

I Roderick Fraser of Marshdale Pictou County NS, Farmer, being of Sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament  hereby revoking all former wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time by me made

I hereby appoint my three sons Allister Fraser John Charles Fraser and Albert Roderick Fraser to be executors of my Will

 I hereby direct my said executors to pay all my just debts as soon as possible after my decease.

 I bequeath to my daughter Jessie Marion Fraser Three hundred Dollars ($300.00) and to my daughter Rebecca Catherine Fraser one hundred Dollars ($100.00) of money deposited by me in the Bank of Nova Scotia New Glasgow NS. and the balance of the aforesaid money to my wife Sophia Fraser

I bequeath to my wife Sophia Fraser my farm situated at Marshdale Pictou County N.S. together with all live stock and farm implements thereon with the distinct understanding there in this disposal or any future disposal of this property my crippled son Simon William Fraser may be duly provided for as far as is possible by the said Sophia Fraser my wife

I devise and bequeath to my wife Sophia Fraser all my household goods and all the rest and residue of my real and personal Estate

 In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this       day of March  A.D., 1909.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Roderick Fraser late of Marshdale in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 10th  day of June AD 1909.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 10th. day of June AD 1909.
