Estate of Peter Fraser, late of Wentworth's Grant, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

Know all men by these presents that I Peter Fraser of Wentworth's Grant in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being of sound and disposing mind and aware of the uncertainty of the time when I may be called from this life, Do make and declare my last Will and Testament as follows.

First,

I grant and Bequeath to my grandson Peter Daniel McDonald and son of Margaret my youngest daughter, the lot of land which was formely a part of the two hundred acres of land at present owned by Alexander McPherson being that part situated on the North west side of the French River.

Second,

I grant and bequeath to my daughter Catherine the sum of twenty dollars.

Third,

I grant and bequeath to Margaret my youngest daughter the sum of twenty dollars.

Fourth,

I grant and Bequeath to Mary Catherine my wife all the remainder of my personal property after the above mentioned Sums of twenty dollars to each of my said daughters Catherine and Margaret - together with my lawful debts and funeral expenses are paid.

Fifth,

I order that after my death a Sale be made of my said personal property in order to carry out the purposes above written herein.

Sixth,

I appoint James William Kennedy and John Thomas McInnis, to be the Executors of this my  last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have my hand and Seal Subscribed and set this tenth day of June A.D. 1885.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Peter Fraser late of Wentworth's Grant in the County of Pictou, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou, this 30th day of October A.D. 1885.
