Bridgeville N S . Feby 26th 1908

I Mrs Mary Catherine Fraser of Bridgeville County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Dominion of Canada being of sound and disposing mind and memory make this my last will

I give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follows that is to say sixty five acres of land at Thorburn proceeds to be equally divided between my children, Ellen T Cameron John D. Fraser and Lizzie M Fraser and William D Fraser my husband, my money in the Bank after deducting enough for funeral expenses and a tombstone the balance equally divided between my children Ellen T Cameron John D. Fraser and Lizzie M Fraser and ten dollars to Mrs Lizzie Cameron

I appoint William D Fraser my husband of Bridgeville (Farmer) executor and executrix of this my Will

In Witness Whereof I have signed and Sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will at Bridgeville County and Province aforesaid this twenty sixth day of February  A.D., 1908.

The said Mrs Mary Catherine Fraser at said place on said day signed and sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for her last Will and we at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribed witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Mary Catherine Fraser late of Bridgeville in said County Married woman deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 22nd day of August AD 1908.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 22nd day of August AD 1908.
