Estate of John R. P. Fraser, late of New Glasgow, Photographer, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
Know all men by these presents that I John Robert Patterson Fraser of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Photographer, being of sound and disposing mind do make and publish this to be my last Will and Testament.
I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Annie all of my Real and personal Estate of every kind whatsoever, for her sole use and disposal. After paying my just debts, the remainder she will use in manner and form as she thinks most beneficial for the support of herself and my Children, Alexander Stanley, and Sarah Drake.
I appoint my wife Annie and John Colin Reid Sole Executors of this my Will and Testament and Authorize them to sell all or any portion of my Real and Personal Estate and grant deeds and transfers of the same.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty seventh day of November, One thousand eight hundred and Eighty.

Fraser of said New Glasgow on said day, Signed and Sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last Will and Testament and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of John R. P. Fraser, late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Photographer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 14th day of Novr. A.D. 1881.
