Last Will and Testament
John Kenneth James Fraser,
Certified Copy for Registrar of Deeds
Know all men by these Presents that John Kenneth James Fraser of Mill Brook, in the County of Pictou and province of Nova Scotia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make publish and ordain this my last Will and Testament.
In the disposition of all my goods, chattels and effects, I give, devise and bequeath all my Real Estate and personal property of whatever nature and kind to my wife Mary Margaret Fraser for her sole use and benefit for the full term of her natural life, or for so long as she remains my widow.
At the death of my wife, the said Mary Margaret Fraser, or when she ceases to be my widow, then the whole of my Real Estate and personal property remaining, to revert and descend without let or hindrance to my daughter Annie Janet Fraser.
And I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, the said Mary Margaret Fraser, sole Executrix of this my Will and Testament and do declare this to be my Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I, the Testator have hereunto subscribed my name and set my seal on this fifteenth day of September A.D., 1913.

I, John D. McLeod, Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the within or annexed typewritten paper is a true and Correct Copy of the last Will and Testament of John Kenneth James Fraser, late of Mill Brook in the County of Pictou, Farmer deceased, which said will was duly admitted to Probate, in said Court, at Pictou, in said County on the Fifth day of December AD 1913.
