Estate of John H. Fraser, late of Westville, Miner deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of me John H. Fraser of Westville in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia

My Will is first that my just debts and my funeral expenses be paid by my executors hereinafter named and the residue and remainder of my real and personal estate which shall not be required for such purpose to which I shall die in any wise entitled to, I give Devise and bequeath  to ,y beloved wife Mary Ann Fraser.

I hereby appoint my said wife Mary Ann Fraser Sole Executrix of this my  Will.

In witness whereof I the testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal

this 28th day of July A.D. 1884.
