Estate of John Andrew Fraser, late of New Glasgow, Elder, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of John Andrew Fraser of New Glasgow, Elder.

I give and bequeath to James Church the sum of One Hundred dollars to be divided by the session as follows. To the Foreign Missions Thirty dollars, to the Home Missions Twenty dollars, Thirty Dollars towards payment of the debt on the Church and twenty dollars to the poor of the congregation, and I hereby Authorize the same be paid within six months from this date by my friend D.C. Fraser.

I give devise and bequeath to my son James W. all my real Estate on Condition that he pay Two Hundred Dollars to my Daughters Mary Ann and Carrie One hundred dollars to Each'

I give and devise to each of my three sons Andrew, Daniel and Simon Hugh, one hundred Dollars Each.

All the remainder of my estate after payment of the sums hereinbefore mentioned remaining after payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I give and bequeath to my two daughters Mary Ann and Caroline share and share alike.

I order that all my furniture and Effects in the house shall be divided between my Son James W. and may daughters Mary and Caroline as they shalt agree.

I appoint as my executors James William my son and Thomas Jackson my son in law.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 20th day of September A.D. 1889.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of John Andrew Fraser late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Elder, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 9th day of November A.D. 1894.
