Will of John D Fraser, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I John D Fraser of West River in the County of Pictou Carpenter being at present in ill health and desirous that after my decease my worldly affairs be settled without trouble do make my last will and Testament as follows
First - If any thing should be realized out f certain claims of mine in Boston I give and bequeath the same to my brothers James, Alexander and Roderick to be divided between them
Secondly - I give devise and bequeath to my brother in law Robert Morrison all my real estate and the remainder of my personal property subject however to him giving satisfactory Security to my wife Caroline to maintain her as long as she remains unmarried
Thirdly - I appoint my brother Roderick Fraser executor of this my last will and Testament
In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto my hand and Seal subscribed this second day of June A.D. one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John D Fraser late of West River in the County of Pictou Carpenter deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate at Pictou in said County on the 6th day of January AD 1903 in said Court
