Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

I John Fraser of Back Meadows in the County of Pictou Farmer do make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament.

I will devise and bequeath all my property real and personal to my son  George E Fraser subject to the support and maintenance of my wife and my two daughters my wife during her natural life and my daughter until they get homes of their own and in the event of my said daughters getting married my said son is to give each of them one Cow and three sheep or the equivalent in money

Finally I hereby nominate and appoint John D Ross executor of this my last Will and Testament giving him full power to transact all business connected with the execution of this my last Will and Testament and I hereby revoke all  wills and testaments heretofore by me made and executed

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my Seal at Back Meadows in the Province of NS this eighteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Fraser late of Back Meadows in the said County Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the sixth  day of February AD 1903.

Witness my hand at Pictou in said County this 6th day of February AD 1903.
