Will of Isaac S. Fraser, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
This is the of me Isaac S Fraser of Middle River in the County of Pictou Farmer
My will is first that my just debts, and my funeral expenses be paid by my executors hereinafter named and the residue and remainder of my real and personal property which shall not be required for such purpose I give devise and dispose of as follows to wit -
I give and devise to my beloved wife Kate A Fraser the farm siutate lying and being on the East side of the Middle River being this one on which I now reside also all my household furniture beds and bedding and so forth
It is my will and I hereby give and devise a home to the same as she is used to now to my daughter Anna along with my wife until she is twenty one years of age or as long as she will require the same
I give and devise to my son Earnest M Fraser my farm situate lying and being on the West side of the Middle River to have and to hold the same unto him and to his heirs and assigns to his and their sole use benefit and behoof forever
I give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate, real personal and mixed to which I shall die in any wise entitled to my wife Kate A Fraser my son Earnest M Fraser and my daughter Ann Fraser to be divided equally among them Share and share alike according to value
If my said heirs are not able satisfactory to divide my said property as mentioned then in that case I order my executors hereinafter named to sell and dispose of the same in the most advantageous way, whatever sum shall be realized be divided amongst my heirs above mentioned share and share alike
I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Kate A Fraser and my son Earnest M Fraser executrix and J executor of this my last will and testament
In Testimony Whereof I the Testator have hereunto set my hand this June 7 1902 day of June in the year of Our Lord one thousand and two

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that on this 26th day of September AD 1904 publish the last Will and Testament of Isaac Smith Fraser late of Middle River in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly granted to his executors therein named and that the foregoing is a true copy of said will.
Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 26th day of September AD 1904.
