I Janet Clarke Fraser of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Widow do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament at the same time revoking all other will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I give devise and bequeath to my dear daughter Barbara widow of the late William Henry Eastwood all my real and personal Estate of whatever nature and kind and wherever situate to hold unto to her her heirs executors and administrators absolutely and forever

I hereby nominate and appoint my son Robert McG Fraser of said New Glasgow Merchant sole executor of this my Will

In Witness Whereof I the said Janet Clarke Fraser have to this my last will and Testament set my hand and Seal this nineteenth day of March A.D., 1902.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Janet Clarke Fraser late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Widow deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 18th  day of October AD 1905.
