I James William Fraser of the Town of Westville in the County of Pictou being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make and declare this as my last will and testament and do hereby revoke all former will by me  heretofore made.

I hereby appoint George Crawford as executor and executor of this my Will

I hereby devise and bequeath all my real estate and personal property to my son William Wentworth Fraser he to provide a home for my wife during the term of her natural life and also a home for my daughter Mary Sadie Fraser as long as she may so require

In Witness Whereof I have hereto set my hand on this twelfth day of April in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eight

Signed sealed  published and declared by the said James William Fraser for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of James William Fraser late of Westville in the County of Pictou deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 22nd  day of April AD 1908.
