 James W. Fraser, deceased

 Certified Copy for Registrar of Deeds

 KNOW ALL, MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I James W. Fraser of Pictou in the County of Pictou and province of Nova Scotia, Minister of the Gospel being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament on this day,  June 28th., 1913.

1st. I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter Margaret Fraser to be the sole Executrix of this my Will.

 2nd. I give and bequeath to my daughter Katherine Fraser seventy shares Bank of Commerce Stock and all my Interest in Maritime Telegraph and Telephone Securities.

3rd. I give and bequeath to my daughter Margaret Fraser, sixty shares Bank of Commerce Stock.

4th. I give and bequeath to my daughter Annie Isabella Fraser, twenty eight shares Bank Commerce Stock and thirteen shares Merchants Bank of Canada Stock.

5th. I give and bequeath to my daughters Katherine Fraser, Margaret Fraser and Annie Isabella Fraser all land at Pictou in the County of Pictou dwelling house and moveables, share and share alike.

These legacies are all given on condition that each of my daughters pay their mother yearly during her natural life $100.00. If any of them marry her claim to the house and land shall revert to her sisters or sister who remain unmarried and if all get married they shall share alike.

 IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in the presence of the witnesses named below.

I, John D. McLeod, Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the within or annexed typewritten paper is a true and Correct Copy of the last Will and Testament of James W. Fraser  late of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Minister of the Gospel deceased, which said Will  was duly admitted to Probate, in said Court, at Pictou, in said County on the Eighth  day of December AD 1913.

Witness my hand at Pictou, in said County this Eighth  day of December AD 1913.
