Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I, James Fraser, Farmer, of Springville, in the County of Pictou, & Province of Nova Scotia, being now, of sound mind fully believing in the uncertainty of life do make this my last Will & Testament.
All my land property I will and bequeath to be divided equally between my son John Albert now absent from home, & m y wife Ellan, during the period of her natural existence, & at her death to become the Sole property of said John Albert my son.
All my livestock consisting of Cows, Horses, Sheep, e,c, I will to be divided equally between said parties also all farming utensils, & Household to be divided equally between said John Albert & my wife Ellen.
