Will of James Fraser, deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

I James Fraser of Boat Harbour in the County of Pictou Pilot do make this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me

1st I order that my Executors hereinafter named shall pay all my lawful debts including my burial expenses funeral from my personal property

2nd I give and bequeath unto my wife Margaret Fraser all the remaining personal property of every kind and description to be hers absolutely and to be disposed of as she sees fit

3rd I order and direct that my daughters Elizabeth Susan and Annabell also my youngest son James William shall have a home on the place if required by them until marriage or otherwise stated

4. I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Margaret Fraser during her natural life the farm on which we now reside, at her decease it is to be and become the property of my son Simon Daniel William Fraser and his heirs forever

5. I nominate and appoint my son John D Fraser of Trenton and Daniel H Cameron of Chance Harbour Executors of this my last Will and Testament heretofore revoking any former wills made by me.

In Witness Whereof I have set my hand and seal this 20th day of June A.D., 1903.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of James Fraser late of Boat Harbour in the County of Pictou Pilot deceased  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the fourth day of June AD 1904.

Witness my hand at Pictou in said County this 4th day of June AD 1904.
