Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I Hugh Fraser of McLellan' Brook in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia last will and testament
. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Fraser all my real and personal property of every kind and nature (subject to and upon the condition of the maintenance and support of my mother during her life) whilst she lives or remains unmarried,
upon the death or marriage of my said wife the said real estate and existing personal property shall go to and become the property of my children.
I nominate my said wife Mary Fraser Executrix of this my will Dated this 14th day of December 1900
