Estate of Hugh Fraser, late of Abercromby Point, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God Amen.

I Hugh Fraser of Abercromby Point in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, being weak in body but of sound memory and understanding, do make and declare this my last Will and testament in manner following that is to say -

First I give and bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Mary Fraser all my personal and Real Estate wherever situate to have and to hold the same to her Sole and absolute use during her life, and after he death

it is my will and I hereby direct my Executors hereafter to be named to divide my Real and personal Estate in equal shares between my sons Henry and John A. Fraser,

giving the western half of my Farm with the buildings to Henry for him and his heirs forever,

and giving the Southern half of my Farm to John A. Fraser for him and his heirs forever,

these bequests are on the express condition that they the said Henry and John A. Fraser do support my wife Mary Fraser comfortably during her life.

And lastly I nominate and appoint my wife Mary Fraser Executrix and my sons Henry Fraser, and William A. McKenzie of Bay View, my Executors of this myIn witness whereof I the said Hugh Fraser have to this my last Will and testament set my hand and Seal this thirteenth day of OctoberA.D. 1884.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Hugh Fraser late of Abercromby Point, in the County of Pictou, Farmer deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou, this 29th day of July A.D. 1885.
