Will of Elizabeth Fraser, deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

Know all men by these presents that I Elizabeth Fraser of Carriboo Island in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my  last will and Testament

1.  I  give  and bequeath to my daughter Sarah the east half of the lot of land on which I am now living including the buildings containing ten acres more or less

2nd. I  give  and bequeath to Joseph Fraser my grandson the remaining ten acres more or less divided as follows, Beginning at Daniel McLeods south west corner thence north until it reaches the shore of the Strait of Northumberland, thence west following the different courses of the shore until it reaches the west end of the Island including the little Island the well acres so called, thence in a southerly direction the different courses of the harbour thence along said shore to the pace of beginning containing twenty acres more or less

3rd. I  give  and bequeath to my son George three Cows that are now on the premises to be delivered at periods that parties concerned will arrange

4th. The remainder of stock to be and on the farm

5 I ordain and appoint Daniel McLeod and my son George all of Carriboo Island as executors of this my last Will and Testament

In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament in the presence of the witnesses below this 12th day of November  in the year 1904.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Fraser late of Carriboo Island in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou in said County on the 27th  day of January AD 1906.

Witness my hand at Pictou in said County this 27th. day of January AD 1906.
