Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
The last will and Testament of Duncan Fraser of McLellan's Mountain in the County of Pictou Widower
1st. I Duncan Fraser being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will and Testament in manner and form following
I order to be decently buried by my executors hereinafter named and my real estate and personal property I dispose of as follows,
2nd. I give and devise to my two daughters Jessie Ann and Mary Catherine all my real estate each to have an equal shares situate on McLellan's Mountain and Sutherlands River with all the buildings and appurtenances to them and their heirs forever, if one of my daughters dies before the other the one that lives will have all the real estate
3rd. I nominate and appoint my brother in law Alexander McDonald of Blanchard and my sister Annie of the McLellan's Mountain executors of this my last Will and Testament,
My daughters is to live with Annie my sister who is to take care of them but if she gets a*** or neglects or refuses to take care of them then my brother in law Alexander McDonald the other executor will take them to his own home and take care of them. the executors is to look over all the personal property and take care of it - and to use it if needed for the support of the family
In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this tenth day of March in the year of our Lord AD 1890

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Duncan Fraser late of McLellan's Mountain in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court on the 15th day of November AD 1901 at Pictou.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 15th. day of November AD 1901.
