I Duncan Fraser of Sunny Brae Pictou County Province of Nova Scotia Farmer make and publish this my Amen. last will and testament

I give and bequeath to my brother Thomas Fraser and my sister Mary Bell Fraser both of Cumming's Mountain and now residing in the home with me all my interest real and personal in the household in which we now reside comprising the home and household effects horses cows and all farming implements also the farm on which I reside containing three hundred and forty acres of the same more or less, bounded on the west James Cumming and William Cumming on the north by a timber lot owned by myself on the east by John Grant and Annie Cumming on the south by land once owned by the late Alexander Thompson and Finlay Grant.

Also one hundred acres more or less of wood land bounded and described as follows on the north by McInnis on the South by the homestead on the West by William Cumming on the east by James Cumming this lot also to be equally divided between the said Thomas Fraser and Mary B Fraser

I hereby appoint Alex C McDonald of Sunny Brea to be my  executor of this my Will and Testament

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this sixth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine

Signed Sealed  published and declared as his last Will and Testament by the said Duncan Fraser in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request and have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Duncan Fraser late of Sunny Brae in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court on the third  day of November AD 1909.

Witness my hand at Pictou in said County this third day of November AD 1909.
