Estate of Donald Fraser, late of Three Brooks Cariboo, Farmer deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, Amen.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Donald Fraser of Cariboo Three Brooks in the County of Pictou.

First. I give devise and bequeath to James my son the East side of my farm Containing fifty Acres more or less running from front to rear.

Secondly. I  bequeath to my Thomas the West half of my farm joining Donald McKenzie Ban.

Thirdly. I bequeath to my wife Jessie Fraser a room and a bedroom And her maintenance on my two sons.

Fourthly. I bequeath to Ketty Ann my daughter her living of my farm while she remains unmarried and if she do get married she is to get a Cow and Six sheep.

And lastly I nominate and appoint Hugh Fraser and Colin Roderick Fraser both  at the loading Ground as Executors of this my  last Will and testament hereby revoking all other and former wills.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal Subscribed at Cariboo, this twenty eighth day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Eight four.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald Fraser, late of Three Brooks, Cariboo, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 30th day of June A.D. 1885.
