Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, Amen.

I Donald Fraser (Colin) of McLellan's Mountain in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer, being by the blessing of God of sound mind and memory but taking into consideration the uncertainty of life, and the certainty of death, Do hereby make, publish declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.

First. I commit my Soul to Almighty God hoping for the forgiveness of all my Sins through the merits and mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and my body I order to be decently buried by my Executor hereinafter named, and my worldly property I dispose of as follows,

Secondly. I give and devise to my beloved wife Catherine all my land and Real Estate situate on McLellan's Mountain in the County of Pictou aforesaid, being the farm lot on which I now reside, with the appurtenances to her and her heirs forever.

Thirdly. I give and devise to my said beloved wife Catherine as aforesaid, all and singular my Personal Estate, Goods and chattels, Debts and credits, of every kind and description whatever, or which I may be in possession of or otherwise, at the time of my decease, to her Sole use, and may be disposed of by her as she may see fit.

Fourthly. I hereby nominate ordain and appoint as Executrix to this my  last Will and Testament Catherine Fraser, my beloved wife as aforesaid, and as executor to the said will my son Colin A. Fraser.

Fifthly. In Testimony whereof I hereto Set my hand and affix my Seal at McLellan's Mountain this Twenty fifth day of July in the year of our Lrd, One thousand Eight hundred and ninety two.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald Fraser (Colin) late of McLellan's Mountain in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 24th day of December A.D. 1898.
