Estate of Donald Fraser, late of McLellan's Brook, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, Amen.

I Donald Fraser of McLellan's Brook in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer, being by the blessing of God of sound and disposing mind and memory but taking into consideration the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make and publish and ordain this is the last Will and Testament in manner and form following-

First.  I commit my Soul to God trusting for the forgiveness of all my Sins through the merits and mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and my body I order to be decently buried by my Executor hereinafter named and my worldly goods and property I dispose of as follows,

Second. I give and devise to my son Abram G. Fraser all my land and real Estate Situate lying and being at McLellan's Brook in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia aforesaid, consisting of the farm lot with the appurtenances on which O  now reside to him and his heirs for ever.

Third. I give and devise to my said son Abram G. Fraser all and Singular my personal Estate, goods, and Chattels, debts, credits and effects of every kind and description which I may own or possess at the time of my death to him and his heirs for ever.

Fourthly.  I nominate, appoint, and ordain as and for Executor of this my  Will and Testament my son James A. Fraser of New Glasgow, and I now hereby publish, pronounce, and declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament, and thus revoking and cancelling  all other wills that may have by me made

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal at McLellan's Brook in the County of Pictou on this twenty fourth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ninety one.

Signed  sealed  published pronounced and declared by the said Donald Fraser the testator the above and foregoing paper writing to be his last Will and Testament who in his presence, and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one and a half pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Donald Fraser late of McLellan's Brook, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

Given under my hand at Pictou this 25th day of January A.D. 1893.
