Estate of David Fraser, late of Middle river Point, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
David Fraser of the Middle river Point in the County of Pictou, Farmer, do make, publish, and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.
1st. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Marion Fraser the one half part of all my personal Estate, during her natural life to revert to Arthur Fraser Murray.
2nd. I give devise and bequeath to Arthur Fraser Murray the remaining half of my personal Estate.
3rd. I give devise and bequeath to the said Arthur Fraser Murray all that portion of my farm lying to the South and west of the main road leading to this said farm.
4th. I give devise and bequeath to the said Arthur Fraser Murray the remaining portion of my said farm subject nevertheless to the following provision that is to say, the Southern half part of the Such remainder and on which the buildings are Situate and the product thereof are to belong to and be under the exclusive control of my said wife Marion Fraser during her natural life.
5th. I hereby revoke and declare null and void all former wills by me made.
6th. I nominate and appoint and constitute the said Arthur Fraser Murray the Executor of this my Will & Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereto my hand and Seal Subscribed and set this the twenty fourth day of September A.D. 1892.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of David Fraser late of Middle River in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 4th day of July A.D. 1894.
