Will of Daniel B Fraser, late of Pictou, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I Daniel B Fraser of Pictou in the County of Pictou Tailor being in good health of body and of sound and disposing mind and memory and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs whilst I have strength and Capacity do After payment of all my just debts and charges and my funeral expenses which said funeral expenses I leave to this direction of my said executrix and executor I dispose of my estate as follows
I give devise and bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife Elizabeth Fraser my house lot and premises situate on the south side of Denoon Street in the Town of Pictou and in which I now reside and all the furniture plat**** and glass which shall (Sg) D.B F be therein at my decease To Have and To Hold in said house lot and premises and in personal property mentioned for the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease
I give devise and bequeath the said real estate and personal property mentioned above to such of my daughters as may at that time be unmarried jointly and to the survivors of them their heirs and assigns, and in case of all my daughters Ida, Bessie M., and Em who may be alive at that time being their or at any time there after married then and in such case I give devise and bequeath the said real estate and the said personal property to my said daughters their heirs and assigns and in case any of my said daughters marry after the decease of my wife then in such case it is my will that the shares of my daughters who shall so marry shall on such marriage revert to the survivors or Survivor of them who at the time of such marriage remain unmarried for their lives jointly, and in case of the death of all of my daughters who shall remain unmarried then their shares or share shall revert to such of my daughters as shall there be married their heirs and assigns, and I make the aforesaid pro visions with the view and desire that the said real estate and premises shall always remain as a home for my daughters if any of them should not marry so long as they live.
I give and bequeath to my said executors Elizabeth Fraser and Frederick B Fraser the sum of one hundred dollars in trust to invest the same and divide the proceeds thereof so far as they will go to help my lot in the cemetery in good order and consider such expenditures to be made annually
All the balance and remainder of my personal property I give and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Fraser for the term of her natural life to be used by her for such times as she may think fit - in maintaining herself and her unmarried daughters according t their personal Station and condition in life and from and immediately after the decease of my said wife I give and bequeath the same to such of my said daughters as shall there be living and unmarried equally share and share alike
In Witness Whereof I the said Daniel B Fraser have hereunto subscribed and set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of September AD 1891.

This is a Codicil of the last will and testament of me Daniel B Fraser of Pictou in the County of Pictou Tailor hearing date this nineteenth day of September AD 1891
I do hereby revoke the devise and bequest of my house lot and premises Situate on the south side of Denoon Street in the Town of Pictou and in which I now reside and all the plat*** furniture and glass therein to my wife for her life and after her decease to my daughters who shall be unmarried as in said will contained and set forth and I do hereby give devise and bequeath to my said wife Elizabeth Fraser the said house lot and premises and the furniture plat*** and glass therein contained to have and to hold the same and every part thereof for and during the term of her natural life and after her decease I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof to my daughters Ida and Bessie M. Fraser and the survivor of them jointly to have and to hold the same to them and the survivors of them their heirs and assigns forever and to their executors administrators and assigns according to the respective matters of the property devised and bequeathed
In all other respects - I do confirm my said will
In Witness Whereof I the said Daniel B Fraser have hereunto my hand and Seal subscribed and set this thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine
