Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

I Daniel Fraser of Sunny Brae East River in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer make and publish this my last will and testament

1. I give and bequeath to Simon Fraser my son all the real and personal property which I now own and possess in Sunny Brae East River County of Pictou Bounded as follows that is the land bounded on the north by the waters of the East River, on south by lands of D C McDonald on the west by lands of Robert McQuarrie & D C McDonald on the eat by lands of Caldin McDonald containing one hundred and fifty acres more or less

2. Also I bequeath to Simon my son one hundred acres called W "Fadyen's Will teacher land.

I also order that my wife will have the use of the house and waggon if she requires any, also that my son Simon will provide the following portion, one barrel oatmeal, two cart loads of potatoes, also flour enough to support the family, Sixty pounds of Beef, also the use of two cows and the use of six sheep. I order the in ** of cows & sheep will be for the benefit of my wife, also that my wife shall have the use of one half of the house.

I order that those articles mentioned in the above will will be provided yearly and every year as long as my wife will remain on the place or until she gets married.

I also order that my son Simon will provide and maintain for the three girls and two boys until they can do for themselves

I order that Simon my son will perform all those promises and proved every thing mentioned in this will to the satisfaction of my executors of this my last Will

 I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Daniel Fraser late of Sunny Brae in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou in said County  day of April AD 1904.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 20th day of April AD 1904.
