 Will of Charles Fraser, deceased

 Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

 In the name of God Amen

 I Charles Fraser of Lorne in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia do make and declare this my last will and testament

 First - I bequeath all my real and personal estate excepting  which is hereinafter mentioned to my beloved son John Robert Fraser to hold and have forever providing he maintains my wife Catherine Ann Fraser that is to say by the aforesaid John Robert Fraser is to provide a home cloth and food, also to carry her by horse and Carriage to and from Church also he the said John Robert Fraser is to let her the aforesaid Catherine Ann Fraser have the half of the house now occupied by me, the north half to be hers during her life at her death to revert to John Robert Fraser. John Robert Fraser is also to give unto the said Catherine Ann Fraser one milk cow and 3 sheep and he is to feed the same for his mother during her life at her death the same is to revert unto the said John Robert Fraser

 John Robert Fraser is also to give unto his mother during her life the interest on all notes of hand and all interest on Bank deposits held by me at my death to be paid unto the said Catherine Ann Fraser yearly. I also bequeath unto my beloved daughter Maggie E Grant one cow and 6 sheep or the value of same at my death providing I do not give her the one cow and 6 sheep during my life if I do it is understood that she is not to receive the one cow and 6 sheep at my death or if I give her the value of one cow and 6 sheep during my life then the bequest is null and void

 John Robert Fraser is to pay all funeral expenses and to erect a suitable monument and to pay all  expenses in connection with probating this my last will and testament

  I hereby nominate and appoint as my executors John Robert Fraser of Lorne in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia and Daniel W Cameron of Elgin in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia

 Notwithstanding the clause in this will and Testament giving the half of my house to Catherine Ann Fraser, I hereby revoke that clause and add the following in place of John Robert Fraser being disposed of the north side of the house I hereby give him possession of the same after my death providing he desires to build or add to it

 In Witness Whereof I the Testator have hereunto subscribed my name and my seal this seventh day of October  A.D., 1898.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Charles Fraser late of Lorne in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 4th  day of December AD 1912.

 Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 4th. day of December AD 1912.
