 Estate of Charles Fraser, late of Fisher's grant, Farmer, deceased, Testate

 Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

In the name of God, So let it be.

 I Charles Fraser of Fisher's Grant in the County of Pictou Province of Nova Scotia, being weak in body, and knowing that Life is uncertain, Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament. That after payment of my just  and legal Debts I hereby devise and bequeath to my Son Samuel Fraser that rear part of the farm on which I now reside being from the west corner of the lands of Caml. McArthur running South westerly to the lines of the lands of William Harris thence along Wm. Harris's line to the lands of one Wm. Cantley, thence north Easterly to the lands of  Caml. McArthur aforesaid, thence north westerly to the place of beginning.

 And I devise and bequeath to my son James Fraser all the rest or front part of the farm on which I now reside . Bounded on the north by the road leading to lands now owned by Wm. Christie on the South or rear by the lands of Caml. McArthur on the East by the lands of A.E. Tanner and on the West by the lands of Wm. Harris with all the buildings thereon and Horses Cattle and Sheep and all the personal property of whatever kind that I may own at my death after payment of my Debts.

 And I hereby nominate and  appoint Smith Foster and M. G. Sproull both of Fisher's Grant my  Executors and administrators of this my  last Will and Testament.

 In witness whereof I have hereunto Subscribed and set my hand and Seal at Fisher's Grant this 22nd day of September in the year of our Lord 1894.

 Signed, Sealed,  published and declared as his last Will and Testament by the said Charles Fraser in the presence of us, who in his presence and at his request, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to his mark and in the presence of each other

 I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Charles Fraser late of Fisher's Grant, in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

 Given under my hand at Pictou this 18th day of October A.D. 1897.
