Estate of Catherine Fraser, late of St. Paul's E.R., Widow, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
In the name of God, Amen. I Catherine Fraser of St. Paul's East River, and County of Pictou, Widow, being of sound disposing mind and memory hereby do make my last Will and Testament.
Firstly - I will bequeath and devise to the nephew of my late husband, John Fraser (Red) son of James Fraser the southern half of my farm on which I now reside, the said farm to be divided into two portions of equal width by a straight line from front to rear. I also give to the said John Fraser also my land on the west side of Big Brook, To Him his heirs and assigns forever, and also one half of my pew in St. Paul's Church, and also my beaureau without a mirror attached.
Secondly - I will bequeath and devise to John James Fraser son of the aforesaid John Fraser (Red) the northern half of my farm to be divided as above, and the said John James Fraser shall get possession of said land when he attains the age of twenty one years, and his father shall have the use and Sole benefit of it until the said John James reaches his majority.
Thirdly - I give to the Supplementing Fund of the Church of Scotland in the Maritime Provinces eighteen dollars.
Fourthly - I give and devise to Mary Marshall, wife of Charles M. McDonald of the said East River the remaining half of my pew in St. Paul's Church, East River and also other property belonging to me.
Lastly - I nominate and appoint John Fraser Colloden, Alexr's son to be Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament. Executed in presence of the subscribing witnesses this twenty second day of June in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty five.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Catherine Fraser late of St. Paul's East River, in the County of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 26th day of October A.D. 1886.
