Will of Catherine Fraser, deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

Know all men by these Presents that

 I Catherine Fraser at present of Stellarton in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Widow relict of Gilbert Fraser late of Little Harbor in the County and Province aforesaid Blacksmith Deceased being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament that is to say

I appoint my friend John C Reid of New Glasgow in the County and Province aforesaid executor of this my last will and Testament

 I do hereby instruct resign and authorize and empower my said executor to sell and convey by said to the purchaser his heirs and assigns all my real estate situate lying and being at said Little Harbor occupied by said deceased husband in his lifetime together with all the real estate wherever situate of which I may be entitled at the time of my decease. I further authorize and empower my said executor to sell and dispose of all my personal property and effects of every kind and nature whatsoever and the proceeds from the sale of the said real estate and personal property I give devise and bequeath as Dollars to Catherine Muir, Jane Muir and Gilbert Muir children of James Muir and Agnes Muir the sum of fifty Dollars each and the balance remaining after payments of such bequests and payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I give devise and bequeath to my daughter said Agnes Muir wife of said James Muir and her heirs and assigns forever.

 In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my last will and Testament at said Stellarton this twenty second day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven

 The said Catherine Fraser at said Stellarton on the said twenty second day of April AD 1907 signed and sealed this instrument in our presence published and declared the same as and for her last Will and Testament and who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses thereto

 I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Catherine Fraser late of Stellarton in the County of Pictou Widow deceased  which said will  was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 19th  day of December AD 1908.

 Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 19th. day of December AD 1908.
