Estate of Bessie Fraser, late of McLellan's Brook, Trained Woman, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
In the name of God, Amen.
I, Bessie Fraser of McLellan's Brook my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.
First. I commit my Soul to God hoping for the forgiveness of all my sins through the merits and mediation of my God and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Secondly. I order my body to be decently buried by my Executors hereafter named and as to the worldly property wherewith it has pleased God to bless me I dispose of as follows:
And First, I give and bequeath to my dear friends namely my beloved sister, Rachel Gammel, my beloved sister Margaret Tupper and my Beloved niece Isabel Chipman each one fourth of my money now in the Halifax Savings' Bank the said money to be paid to them by my executors within six months after the death of my beloved husband Alexander D. Fraser (to whom I hereinafter give and bequeath the Interest of said money during his lifetime or until his death.)
Second. I give and bequeath to my dear friends namely my beloved nephew James W. Tupper, my beloved nephew Edward S. Tupper and my beloved niece Mary Tupper each an equal share of the remaining one fourth of my money now in the Halifax Savings' Bank aforesaid the said money to be paid to them by my executors within six months after the decease of my said dear husband Alexander D. Fraser.
Finally I give and bequeath to my Beloved husband Alexander D. Fraser all and singular my Real Estate situate lying and being on McLellan's Brook in the County of Pictou aforesaid.
I also further give and bequeath to my said Beloved husband Alexander D. Fraser during the term of his natural life or until his death the Interest of my money now in the Halifax Savings' Bank aforesaid.
And I hereby nominate and appoint Stanley McCurdy and Hugh G. Gammel to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Sixteenth day of August One thousand eight hundred and ninety five.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of two pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Colin Ferguson, late of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Trader, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
Given under my hand at Pictou this 30th day of Sept. A.D. 1898.
