 Estate of Archibald Fraser, late of McLellan's Mountain, Farmer, deceased, Testate

 Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

 By the Will of God, Amen.

 Considering the shortness of life and the certainty of death, whilst being yet in a sound state of mind, I Archibald Fraser, of McLellan's Mountain, County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, make this my last Will and Testament. 

1st. I bequeath my body to the grave and my Soul to the free mercies o our Saviour Jesus Christ.

 2nd. I  buildings and improvements that shall be on it at the time of my death to my beloved wife Eliza Fraser, without any Conditions on her part.

3rd. I devise and bequeath all the personal property, goods and chattels of whic I shall be possessed at the time of my death to my wife, with full power ro use it accordling to her best judgement.

4th. I devise that Hugh my Son shall be sent to a trade, whichever trade he chooses and that suitable clothing shall be provided for him till he acquires his trade.

 5th. I devise that I shall receive a decent Christian burial, and that all my lawful debt shall be paid.

 6th. I devise that William Ross and Thomas Holmes my sons in law shall be executors of   last Will and testament, hereby revoking all other testamentary witnesses. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and Seal.

Signed by the said Arichibald Fraser as and for his last Will and testmanet in the presence of us, paresetn at the sme time, whio at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, having subscribed our names as attending witnesses.

 I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Archibald Fraser, late of McLellan's Mountain in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.

 Given under my hand at Pictou this 30th day of September A.D. 1882.
