Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
This is the last will and testament of me, Annie Fraser, of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Spinster.
I HEREBY give, devise and bequeath to my well-beloved sister, Mrs. Jane Cunningham, wife of James R. Cunningham, of New Glasgow, aforesaid, all that certain lot of land and house situate on Lorne Street, in the north east part of the Town of New Glasgow, and I do nominate and appoint the said Mrs. Jane Cunningham and James R. Cunningham the sole Executrix and Executor of this my last Willand Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREAS, I, the testator, have hereunto set my hand and seal, this twenty-second day of February, in the year of our Lord, one thousand, nine hundred and five.

Signed, published and declared by the testator as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us, wh in her presence, at her request, and the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
