(Handwritten) Estate of Andrew Fraser, late of garden of Eden, Farmer, deceased, Testate Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds Know all men by these presents that I Andrew Fraser of Garden of Eden in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer. Being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament. And as to my worldly estate and all the property of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease I devise bequeath and dispose thereof as follows, First, my Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my executors hereinafter named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by them be found convenient. Second, I devise and bequeath to Daniel Fraser my son ten acres of land east of the main road along the South line of the land now owned by the said Daniel Fraser from the main road to the river in a strip of equal width. third, I bequeath to George Fraser my son the remainder of all the real estate to which I shall be entitled to at my decease with the appurtenances thereto belonging. Fourth, In the event of me not being able to have a respectable monument placed on the grave of my beloved wife Mary McKenzie I devise that my executors shall have a respectable monument placed on our last resting place with a suitable inscription thereon to our memory at a cost of from one hundred to one hundred and fifty dollars to be paid out of the proceeds of my estate. Fifth, All the rest and residue of my personal estate (Horses Cattle farming implements household furniture Cash, Bank deposits) if which I shall die possessed and seized, or to which I shall be entitled at my decease I give devise and bequeath to be equally divided between and among my four sons, John Fraser, Alexander Fraser, David Fraser, Daniel Fraser. Lastly I nominate and appoint sons George Fraser and David Fraser to be the executors of this my last Will and Testament. In Testimony whereof I the said Andrew Fraser have to this my last Will and testament contained on this sheet of paper Subscribed my name this twenty fifth day of Feb. 1892. Signed Andrew Fraser L.S.
