I Alexander Fraser of Rogers Hill Centre being in sound and disposing mind and judgement do make and ordain this as my last will and Testament
First I will and devise that means be provided out of my property to pay any debts that I may be owing to fellow men thereafter I will and bequeath all remaining part of my real estate and personal property to my wife Mary Jane Fraser and my daughter Janet Fraser to have and to hold from this time forward and to be divided equally between them both.
I appoint my brother in law Rev Jas Fitzpatrick and my brother John Robert Fraser executors of this my last Will and Testament in the presence of witnesses this 10 day of Sep 1904
