Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

This is the last will and testament of me Alexander Fraser of Boat Harbor in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia

I give devise and bequeath to my son Andrew Fraser the far on which I now reside situate and being between the lands of Simon Fraser on the East and the lands previously occupied by the widow of the late John Fraser on the West containing one hundred acres more or less together with all my personal property utensils household furniture cooking utensils and all personal property of whatever kind owned by me at the time of my decease I order and it is my will that my wife Christy Fraser be allowed to remain on the farm after my decease and that she be supported thereon during the time of her natural life

I also order that my two daughters Elizabeth Catherine Fraser and Marjory Bell Fraser be allowed to remain on the farm after my decease and be supported thereon while they remain unmarried I also order that my grand son Henry Fraser son of my daughter Elizabeth Catherine Fraser be allowed to remain on the farm after my decease an b supported thereon until he is twenty one years of age

Lastly I hereby nominate and appoint my son in law George Milton Fraser Sole executor of this my last will and Testament.

In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal at Little Harbor this fourth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander Fraser late of Little Harbor in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 2nd day of March AD 1905.
