Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

This is the last will and testament of me Ellen Foster of Fisher's Grant in the County of Pictou Spinster

First- I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.

Second - I appoint Hector H McKay of New Glasgow Medical Doctor and H. B. Redpath of same place Clerk the executors of this my Will

Third - I will devise and bequeath to the said executors all my real and personal property In trust for the following purposes that is to say to convert the same into money as soon as possible after my decease and after the payment of all legal claims against me on my estate to divide the balance equally between my niece June Foster my niece Catherine Ann Christie wife of Charles McDonald my sister nary Gill and the Aberdeen Hospital
