Estate of William Forbes, late of Churchville, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and Testament of William Forbes of Churchville, Farmer.

1st. I give devise and bequeath to my son Kenneth David all my real Estate which consists of the farm owned by me at Churchville.

2nd. I give devise and bequeath to my said son Kenneth David my two horses.

3rd. I give devise and bequeath to Margaret my wife all the remaining part of my personal property including Cattle and all other goods and articles of which I may died possessed.

4th. I will and order that my son Kenneth David shall always provide for and give to my wife Margaret a comfortable living including sufficient and proper food clothing and all the necessary comforts.

5th. I nominate and appoint James Fraser and Simon Fraser Farmers both of Churchville executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal at Churchville in the County of Pictou, this twenty first day of April A.D. 1882.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of William Forbes, late of Churchville in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
