Will of Isabella Forbes, deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

I Isabella Forbes of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Widow of William Forbes late of New Glasgow Cooper deceased do make this my last will and testament.

I give devise and bequeath unto David McKenzie of New Glasgow aforesaid the house and lot in which I reside situate on the west side of the Intercolonial Railway and also the four acres lot o land in New Glasgow on the west side of the East River being lot- number three set-off to me out of the estate of the late Alexander McKenzie and marked on a place of lots made on partition of the said estate.

I appoint the said David McKenzie Executor of this my Will

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal Dated at New Glasgow this eleventh day of January A.D., 1897.

Signed by the Testatrix in our presence who in the presence of the Testatrix and of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses the same being first read and explained to Testatrix.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Isabella Forbes late of new Glasgow in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 6th day of January AD 1903.

Witness my hand at Pictou aforesaid this 6th. day of January AD 1903. John D. MacLeod Registrar
