This is the last will and testament of me Matthew Henry Fitzpatrick Railway Contractor of New Glasgow in Nova Scotia
I bequeath all my real personal property and effects of every description to my Dear wife Maggie Fitzpatrick after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Matthew Henry Fitzpatrick late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Railway Contractor deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the sixth day of May AD 1905.
