Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
This is the last will and testament of Mary Fitzpatrick of Millsville in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia
I devise and bequeath to my son Harold Walter Fitzpatrick all my personal property except the organ, also all my deeds and real estate absolutely forever
I devise and bequeath to George Young my organ unless it is sold upon my death
I hereby nominate and appoint my son John Fitzpatrick of Scotsburn and Alexander Conway of Millsville as executors of this my last will and Testament
