I Harop Walter Fitzpatrick (last name was inserted above the line) of Millsville in the County of Pictou, Farmer, hereby make this my last will and testament

I will and devise all my property of all kinds to my wife Elizabeth Ann and I nominate and appoint her to be the executrix and my brother John Fitzpatrick to be the executor this my Will and Testament.

Dated this twenty ninth day of January in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and three.
