Estate of Alexr. Fitzpatrick, late of Millsville, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and Testament of Alexander Fitzpatrick of Millsville in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer
I devise and bequeath to my son Thomas Fitzpatrick all the lands situate and lying as follows, commencing at the north western angle of land belonging to the Heirs of Robert Pagan from thence to run west along the lines of John Ray's lands forty Chains thence North Sixteen chains East forty chains or until it comes to lands in possession of the Heirs of John Patterson thence South until it reaches the place of beginning, containing Sixty two acres more or less, absolutely forever.
Second, I devise and bequeath to my wife Mary all the remainder of my lands and real Estate for her sole use forever.
Third, I also devise and bequeath to my wife as long as she lives, and to my daughter Margaret Elizabeth as long as she remains unmarried or to the survivor of them one half of my dwelling house for their Sole and exclusive use and enjoyment.
Fourth, I also devise and bequeath to my wife and daughter mentioned in first clause what accommodations they may reasonably require in the barns and outhouses belonging to me and subject to the same conditions.
Fifth, In case my daughter Margaret Elizabeth becomes married she shall receive from my son mentioned in the first clause, a cow and the material for a bed.
I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Mary and W. Robert Young of Millsville as Executrix and Executor of this my Will and testament.
Signed and executed this third day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Eighty eight..

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander Fitzpatrick late of Millsville in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
