Estate of Annie Fitch, late of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I, Annie Fitch of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Widow, do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Annie Watt, the house lot of land and premises on the South side of Water Street in the town of Pictou whereon I reside and also my best feather bed, which she shall have the right of selection, and three pieces of hair cloth covered furniture viz, rocking chair, easy chair ad sofa.
I give and bequeath to Blanche Leslie the sum of three hundred dollars to be invested for her at my decease by my Executors and paid to her with the interest which shall have accumulated when she shall attain the full age of twenty one years and I also give to said Blanche Leslie one feather bed.
I give and bequeath to Mrs. James Matheson of Westville one hundred dollars. And all the real residue and remainder of my estate and effects whatsoever and wherever situate, and of what nature and kind so ever in trust for me am or are possessed of, or entitled to and not hereinbefore disposed of,
I give devise and bequeath unto my said daughter Annie Watt wife of Edmund Watt. I make nominate constitute and appoint the said Edmund Watt of Pictou, Saddler, Executor and Trustee of this my Will.
In witness whereof I have on the eleventh day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety two, set my hand to this will contained on this and on the other side of this sheet.

Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Annie Fitch by Colin Ferguson above named as and for her last Will and Testament after the same has been fully read over and Carefully explained to her, who appeared fully and clearly to understand the same, in the presence of us, who at her request in her presence, and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereunto.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one & a quarter pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Annie Fitch, late of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
