Will of Alick Fisher, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
This is the last will and testament of me the undersigned Alick Fisher of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Farmer, made this sixteenth day of January A.D. 1909 at New Glasgow in said County.
1. I direct all my just debts, funeral and Testamentary expenses to be paid by my executors hereinafter named as soon as convenient after my decease.
2. I give devise and bequeath to my brother George Fisher that certain dwelling house in which I have resided for many years situate on the North side of Spring Street in the Town of Pictou, also the lot of land on which the said house stands together with the barn and other buildings thereon.
3. I further give devise and bequeath to my said brother George Fisher my farm lot being about fifty acres of land situate on the Carriboo Road near the said Town of Pictou.
4. I also give devise and bequeath to my said brother George Fisher all my live stock and the tools and implements and other things belonging to or connected with said farm lot.
5. I give devise and bequeath to my sister Charlotte Fraser, wife of James A. Fraser all articles of personal domestic or household use or ornament including my furniture, books, pictures and all other household effects which I may be possessed of at the time of my death wherever situate.
6. I also give devise and bequeath to my sister Charlotte Fraser that certain dwelling house and lot situate on the South side of said Spring Street between the properties of John D. McDonald and Mrs. Fred Miller.
7. I further give devise and bequeath all Mortgages, Bonds, Notes of Hand debts due me, money deposits, stocks, and all the residue of my estate both real and personal and wherever situate unto my said sister Charlotte Fraser for her own use absolutely.
8. I hereby appoint John H. Sinclair of New Glasgow N.S., Barrister at law, and my said sister Charlotte Fraser the executor and executrix of this my Will and I hereby direct that each of my said executors shall only be liable for such funds as shall come into his or her hands and shall not be held liable for each other or for involuntary losses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Alick Fisher late of Pictou in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 14th day of February AD 1911.
