Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I, William Ferguson of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Carpenter do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament.,
First. I will devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Ferguson all my Real and Personal Estate of Every nature and kind whatsoever.
Second. I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife the executrix of this my Will and Testament.
In Witness whereof I have here to my hand and Seal Subscribed and set this sixth day of September A.D. 1882.
