Estate of Colin Ferguson, late of Pictou, Trader, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
In the name of God, Amen.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Colin Ferguson of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Trader do hereby declare I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
I appoint my wife Barbara Ferguson Executrix and my brother John Ferguson Executor of this my Will.
I give and devise to my brother John Ferguson my individual share or interest in a small lot of land at Stellarton/in rear of William Duff's land/n now owned by me jointly with Donald A. Ferguson.
I give and devise to my wife Barbara Ferguson the individual share to which I may be entitled in the estate of my uncle David Ferguson and direct her to pay out of the proceeds of the Sale, of such share $20. to the Foreign Mission Board of the Presbyterian Church in Canada.
I give and bequeath and devise all the residue and remainder of my real Estate to my said wife for the term of her natural life, after her death
I give and devise the same to my grandchildren Jessie Bell Murray, Charles Murray, and Colin Murray, and should said Jessie Bell Murray die before attaining the age of twenty years it is my will that her share shall be equally divided between said Charles and Colin.
All the personal property estate and Effects of which I may be possessed or Entitled to, I give and bequeath to my said wife, with full and unrestricted power to use or dispose of the principal or corpus, and the income or increment, but it is my wish that should any of said property remain undisposed of at the time of her death, that the same shall go to my said grandchildren in equal shares.
In witness whereof I have my hand Subscribed to this my will this third day of April A.D. 1895.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page and part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Colin Ferguson, late of Pictou, in the County of Pictou, Trader, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
