In the name of God, Amen.

I, William R. Evans of West River Road in the County of Pictou in the Province of Nova Scotia Farmer, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, revoking all former wills and testamentary documents heretofore made by me.

My will is that all my property, personal and real of which I shall be possessed at the time of my decease, is hereby given devised and bequeathed to my wife Mary B. Campbell, whom I hereby constitute and appoint as my Sole Executor of this last Will and Testament to be hers, her heirs and assigns forever. Out of the proceeds of my estate shall be paid as a first lien therein all my just debts, due at the time of my decease, by my executor the said Mary B. Campbell.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this second day of October 1898.
